Foreign exchange trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage magnifies losses as readily as gains. You can lose your entire capital, and you should never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
We are an education provider, not an advisor
MindTrade Academy teaches. We do not manage funds, place trades on your behalf, or provide personalised investment advice.
SEBI does not register forex educators. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst, and we do not claim to be. Anyone in this industry telling you otherwise is worth questioning.
No guaranteed returns, ever
We make no promise, express or implied, about any return you may achieve. Any results discussed in lessons or live sessions — ours or a student's — are illustrative only and do not indicate future performance.
If you ever see us claim a guaranteed return, treat it as an error and tell us.
Your decisions are your own
Setups discussed in live sessions are teaching examples, not recommendations to buy or sell. You are solely responsible for every trade you place and its outcome.
Third-party platforms
We may reference brokers, charting tools or data providers for teaching purposes. We do not control them, do not warrant them, and are not responsible for your dealings with them.
