Refund Policy
When you can get your money back, and when you cannot. Written plainly, because refund policies are where most course sellers hide.

The short version
If you have watched less than 20% of the course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No explanation required.
Beyond that, the course is not refundable, because the material has substantially been delivered.
Why there is a viewing limit
The entire curriculum, including free preview lessons, is published before you pay so you can judge the teaching first. The refund window exists for genuine mismatches, not for consuming the course and then reversing the charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@mindtradeacademy.in from the address on your account, with your payment reference. We will confirm within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay and typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Duplicate and failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving access, we refund in full immediately. This is not subject to the 7-day window.
Live sessions
Live sessions are included with the course and are not separately refundable. If we cancel a session without rescheduling it, that is on us and we will make it right.
Accounts terminated for sharing
Accounts terminated for redistributing course material are not eligible for a refund.
